APPROACH AND RESULTS

To support poultry producers in combating coccidiosis in their flocks, a powerful iPad app was developed with complex scenarios and functionality aimed at setting up rotation programs using Zoetis products.

  • Design and development of Rotecc Program Advisor model.
  • Implementation of model in iPad app, with Zoetis and poultry brand guidelines, for sales reps and producers.
  • Production of training videos in English, Spanish, and Portuguese to support a Americas-wide rollout of the Rotecc program.
  • Development of marketing communications materials.

RESULTS

The Rotecc Program iPad app was adopted by more than 30% of producers in 6 months after launch, helping drive greater awareness and sales of the rotation products offered by Zoetis. The iPad app became a key tool for sales reps to engage in conversations with producers and enabled them to position as key technical advisors to support producer operations.
